How fast is the internet?
Speeds range from 300 Mbps up to 5 Gbps, fast both ways (upload and download). For larger or multi-tenant buildings, we can bring in one main fiber line and share the speed with each suite or unit through your own network.
Is this for homes or businesses?
MKR works only with business and investment properties — offices, retail, mixed-use, apartments, and new construction. We do not wire single-family homes.
How long does it take to install?
Turning on AT&T fiber usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. It depends on your location and whether wiring is already in place. After that, our work (wiring, switches, Wi-Fi) usually takes 1 to 5 days, based on the size of the building. For new construction, we plan around your schedule.
What does a site visit cost?
